ALL EMPLOYEES HAVE TRUST & FAITH IN EACH OTHER . BUT ONLY OLD EMPLOYEES (working more than 5 years) work as Team &they don't allow any Employee to join them, so after some Months the New Employee lands in No Man's Land.
