Bosses have there own Group (team) & they Never any new Employees to add in there Groups so he has perform on his own without any Support and Training from any Superiors The Bosses & all old Employees work for the satisfaction of MD only & not anybody else. This Company think of What Today is more imp than Tomorrow

I truly did not like working with the company at all there is no growth and depending on your financial condition and situation where they know you desperately need the job then they will pay you very less as compared to your previous draw and skills

The directors are evryday yelling and screaming at the employees and giving bad words. They will not even see its a woman or not they will just insult you demotivate you infront of all the employees and scold u badly for silly things alot of negativity in the office no growth at all.. Not a god place to work

Management is a simply a bunch of jokers. Honest people don't have any scope. Biased & arrogent management, useless HR, no job security, people who sucks the feet of owner or his brother can only survive there beside all nonperformance, poor supply chain, Salery & benefits are low. If some one wants to spoil his carrier can join this company.

I worked for 4yrs...I seen in and out of company.. no corporate culture..no induction..no traning.. company director gives bad words to employees even women.. 365 days u will see interview go in on.. new joiner hardly work 3 to 5months .so pls do not every join this company.. waste ur time

Female employee beware...if any female get married and pregnant company force him to give resignation.. and it's true ..no paid leave or pay. PF contribution issues...if ur CTC 20000 her pf 550..
