Timing issue 9 baje ka office timing hai pr apko 8:55 tk punch karna hai, 9 bje ke punch kiya toh salary deduct hogi, company ne 1min late ka relief de rkha hai Mtlb pure mahine main 1/2 late hue toh koi salary deduct nahi hogi magar aap usse 1min bhi late hue toh salary deduct kr denge 1day ki, -100 office culture koi kisi se bt nahi kar skta floor pr idhar se udhar nhi jaa sakta aap sare din Mooh band ur seat par baithe raho salary kabhi time par nahi aati work culture bilkul bhi nahi hai girls ke liye toh bilkul bhi nahi hai vese toh ofc main 2 3 girl hai bs pr voh bhi agr kisi se bt kr le toh sb ko objection hone lgta hai. 0work culture 0 environment 0 way of talking yaha pr employee ko employe nhi jail main band ek kadi samjha jata hai BS aap Smjh jaye ki company kesi hai, aapki tbyt khrb hai aap maar rahe ho aap 2hr pehle ofc se nikal gaye tbhi bhi half day salary deduct hoti hai company employee ka marna pasan karegi par usko jldi jane nahi degi ur diya toh paise cut karegi kuch bhi ho har taraf se employee ko marte hai jitna bada naam hai uthni choti soch ur tareeke hai. Kuch bhi ho har halat main employee ke paise cut hote hai inki nazar main apki koi majburi nahi hai ur agr ho toh usko apne tak hi rakho Kyuki management ur director ko usse koi Mtlb nahi hai unko bs paise cut karne hai kaise bhi karo, job security bilkul bhi nahi hai kbhi bhi apko bol skte hai kl se ofc mt aana bina koi reason diye. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with [CHETAK LOGISTICSLIMITED], and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. This was the worst and biggest mistake of my life.Not even 1% value of employee. There was nothinglike Leave Policy, expect Sunday, Holi, Diwali, 26 jan, 15 Aug, 2nd Oct. Me and my team were in Director's team. Director used to fire one or the other employee every week.Seeing all this, every employee is disappointed and scared.Till date, I have not seen such an arrogant person like Directors .Keeps the employee sitting even after the office is over.He also gets the employees to do his personal household work.And when he feels that the employee is not needed, he fires him.There is no such thing as humanity, Overall, my experience with [CHETAK LOGISTICSLIMITED] was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company if they value their time, money, and sanity. I regret ever doing working with them, and I will never make that mistake again....Read More
