This Company gives freedom to work and supports when I needed them most ,And my colleagues are so supportive and helpful ,Team work is the key to our success

Distance from my home is quite long ,travelling makes me worse, some of my clients were not supportive while comes to judgements

Generally ,my work is Creating web application for some of the departments ,all the application I developed is End to End Project only, user friendly web application using asp.net C#,SQL (Database)

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
