Taking only blood & flush from us from past 6 years. But no increment, no night shift allowance, no holiday, no promotion. Over all my life spoil bcuz of joining this company. Every Govt employees expect 10years duration pay commission. If company feel this hike excess salary. Then we have to die. This is the only way.
