The overall job in working in chennai metco is not that much good. The process followed are not that much good.

Dislikes

Its been like 2yrs and 5 months still there is harldy any promotion Or salary incrrment. Because of the improper protocol followed the life work balance not at all good. And every month the salary is hold for simple and variuos reasons.
