I would say the management never listen to employees. Floor manager and HR are just for rampwalk and nothing to do with the taking care of employees. Just rule like the Hitler. The top management is just interested in making money. My team mate (teamleader) is pathetic. He wants to rule in the department and therefore he is crushingthe downline.
