Worst HR department policy. They do partiality on people. l.e.bond related things. They collect bond amount from some people and for some people they won't collect. Not at all taking any initiaves on food arrangement. Policies they repeatedly changing for their convience. But that won't beneficial for employees. Once u give resignation suddenly they will change policy that u need to pay increment amount in return. Ur notice is extended now. Totally bad - HR department.
