They only deduct basic salary if you not achieved your monthly target.also very pathetic work culture on daily basis they took zoom call for 2/2hrs in morning and evening also.. They didn't give any notice for employees and directly ask for leave the job

As I have seen from last 2 months rules are getting change again and again, according to me it should be same for at least same financial year. Everyone work for salary but salary satisfaction not there due to as decided by organization if u could not complete 60% of your target due to any reason then Employee will not get full salary for the particular month.

Overall experience is good at chatrapati multistate, after training i got to know 50% work. Colleagues are cooperative so everything going good as of now.
