Worst environment with loads of work pressure. no respect towards teacher.Salary issues, irregular salary, after 3 months,less salary more work, owner doesn't care for employees, only promises and hopes. Parents are getting fooled by organization No teacher can work more than a year, unless n until his/her need

The institution is good for a teacher, who is ready to work hard. Staff environment is healthy. Management readily accepts new technologies in teaching learning process which leads to development of students as well as teachers.

My work in Chate school was very simple as a science teacher but at the same time it was innovative and interesting as an incharge, a coordinator and even as a headmistress. I started science exhibition there which is now interschool science competition
