This is my first job and I gained various knowledge regarding logistics operations from here only, has lot of scope for various field correlated to logistics functions, they have very good client base, including reliance, ITC, Tata chemical, ONGC and so on.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Basically the organizational structure is very poor, so that's what reason nobody can't stay for long time, it's affect your job environment too. Appraisal system is not good, because of structural issue sometime it's tough to stick there with pesence.

Work Details

Basically I'm into the operation work so I have to take care of the truck routing, clubbing, tracking, implementation, project work too, so I have to meet with new people every day for implementing new technology to betterment of whole process.
