I have always admired the work culture here. When there is so much transparency in processes, you feel motivated to work for a longer period of time as you get to learn skills with accurate feedbacks.

Dislikes

No one can ever dislike Channelplay.

Work Details

As a program manager, I have to manage complete life cycle of project starting from monitoring field execution through my team, designing questionnaires, and then providing useful insights to client by the end of every projects through dashboards & PPTs.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Likes

The canteen area is nice and certain people are friendly. There is zero support during Covid-19, Salaries were stopped in April itself. Communication throughout lockdown had stopped and only after half the month was over did the company inform employee about no pay

No job security, no leadership, office politics

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
