Working at channel soft is nice experience only.employee training and cooperation nice.way of interview conducting is nice.very good process and documentation and very good client.salaries not bad.freedom OK.management return from USA and employee.her wife smitha acting as good like HR.I don't know about job security as I am contract to hire employee.if job security high and employees feels like that we can recommend for certification....Read More
