The support and help from the Colleagues. Job security is there. Management is good also. Flexible shift, in urgency they provide WFH as well.

Dislikes

Work life balance is a bit poor so the HR policies. Provided salary is okay. But for experienced people who will join, (less than 2yr or from different backgrounds) it's not good because you have to work as an intern for 6 months with a less salary then it will get revised.

Owner of this consultancy first behave very well. But after few days he shows his reality shout on you aggressively talk, very very rude behaviour. Beware of old employees.
