Compensation and career opportunities are good but the learning is very very slow. Experienced people have no interests in sharing their experiences. They dont want any Engineer to get settle down in their plant. Working culture is worst. You have to work atleast 12 hours a day almost 15 days in a month without any extra benefits. They dont need innovative people, they just need people who can follow orders of seniors. They will add everything to your annual CTC and make it look like huge compensation but trust me its not. The company is good, have good system or technology, invest in process and mechanical equipments for becoming more efficient in energy terms. Entered in to petrochemical sector through TAN ,which is good for job creation for nearby areas.

Dislikes

No clear promotion policy existed. There is no understanding between HR and technical team.

Company culture is worse it's like they want engineers to work but are completely anti-engineer. This is because of absence of engineers in mid management. Apart from this the older non degree guys try their best to make young engineers resign so that their promotion can come on time
