Growth is very slow. On-site opportunities are only given to senior resources(10-15 years experience). Work-life balance is very bad as they make us work late nights and also don't pay us for the extra work and time we put in to reach the goals.

Working in Chain-Sys is pretty interesting once you are in a project. But the politics here is very bad. If you have a relative in the management side, then you will be chosen for on-site travel and also made a project lead very fast.
