Dislikes

Very less chances of applying your own skills and knowledge. There is high dominance of management in every little thing including teaching methods which disables a teacher to be Frank and creative in teaching. Appraisals are false promises. You need to be an ardent boot licker to get one. If you take stand, you'll be fired with some excuse.
