Too much of Reporting. Accounts department are a bunch of crooks, who are skeptical about each employee of the organization and these persons treat them like GOD. Poor coordination between HR and Accounts department, they hold the F&F of the person without investigation about the facts and figures.

Full politics, HR deptt is torrible they just sitting to deduct your hard earn money, when project get complete nobody will give u value , no career growth, No KRA just finish ur work, they write higher salary in offer letter but no giving . In Covid with in one day notice remove whole team. Even waiting for FNF from last 90 days . Nobody will pick the call when u are right & company people' was wrong.
