Very pathetic 10 months experience in all my 7 yrs working journey. No involvement of HR, Audit and compliance in any matter of sales department. If seniors thinks they want to make out anyone they just do that without referring the matter to HR or Audit. And HR's are just blind folded. No corporate culture at all. Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
