Likes

It’s a visible brand in eye care with Pan India operation. The work culture is great as you can interact with the top people in the organisation and more or less it’s a transparent organisation. The company policies are there in place though it needs improvement and in particular the job security part.

Dislikes

Flexibility and decision making was not there.

Work Details

There is sufficient work and scope of learning on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
