Best place to work ,Everyone feels job satisfaction, people are very Nice in this company. Gain in knowledge due to Research and Development of new ideas.

Dislikes

No perks and benefits other than salary for Extra working or overtime. No conveyance facilities for Employees. No proper Fooding arrangement for extra time working Employees. Needs improvement.

Work Details

Worked hard and completed all tasks assigned by the company. Developed team completely for company s development is my great achievement which I was not expecting before joining company. Working as a team leader makes me Happy. Needs further Growth

One of the most professional company in the field of consultancy. Work culture and job security is highest if you are giving your 100%. But at few moment management get fixed with perception on other person voice, that may be a limit of a big number of employees. Definitely better than other consultants...appraisal more or less is fair but depends on company profit n that obvious.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
