One of the terrible organization to work in. There is no job security, no work life balance,no job satisfaction. Its pure Political organization where knowledge and skill has no role to play. If you have any connection or refference then only u would be get hired. Its very rare for a normal person to get a job there. Even if u get ajob and acquire good skills there is no value of those things. You won't be treated as a professional there. You will always be treated as a lower post worker no matters whatever your qualifications is or how well skilled you are. Buttering is another way to get a job and promotion,which many of the employee do there. I wrote it in " Likes about CTTC" Then You can imagine what i dislike about CTTC. Just my opinion doesn't matters. Everyone says good about CTTC. That's true. The training you will get will be excellent,no doubt about that. But not everyone has seen the DARKEST side of this Organisation. There are some seniors so called great persons who actually control the hiring process. They can recruit whoever they want whenever they want. Govt has no role to play here. Its like a getting a govt job without any exam, without any interview, nothing. If they want to hire you they will just post a recruitment notification and conduct a banana recruitment process and hire you. Rest of the candidates will just come to face the hiring process for nothing good and sometimes may face humiliation just because they are not meant to be there....Read More

Worst experience ever.... Before 4-5 year it was completely different and qualitative..... But now They are totally money minded.... Where before seats are limited for a specific course, now it is infinite and course fees of students also hike almost 1.6 times.... And the position of facilities and employees are terrible....

They opened large numbers of extension centres, where training quality is very very poor and also conditions of faculties also so terrible (salary based on daily wages. No guarantee of regular or permanent, how better you perform)

I was working at a extension centre of Cttc, Bhubaneswar... My experience is so terrible. So much politics and behaviour of faculties is ridiculous.

Cttc is adaptive to latest technologies like 3d printing,edm,wire edm,CNC machining .I proud that,I am part of that team that produces components for HAL,ADA and ISRO with high accuracy and precision.

Dislikes

The working pressure is too high .My department incharges are not giving value to individuals' . They are not supporting us in learning new technologies.

In general I can say I have to look after the entire life cycle of a component. I have to plan the job setting of the component , create programme and ensure quick manufacturing by the help of CNC machines
