The students are very well behaved. You will enjoy to take their class as they are very enthusiastic and welcoming. They also have inquisitive mind.

Dislikes

It's a family-run business. They appoint freshers without providing any appointment letter, and may give it after begging for months and months ( that too with unethical clause and content, in my case they wrote B.Sc (H) instead of M.Sc). The Principal (Namrata Dey) has no experience in teaching, neither in managing a school, which makes her indecisive in some crucial situations. She relies more on the administrative faculty (Mr. Banerjee) than that of the teaching faculty, which again is great from a business perspective. They keep on assuring new teachers that someday they will be given permanent positions with proper pay scale, but after waiting for more than 1 and half years, I understood it was a mirage. The infrastructure is also below average, even lacks proper drinking water! Work culture is also not good because the senior teachers will exploit the new teachers by handing over the extra tasks to them, especially those which are tech oriented works. But they never fail to take credit for such works. They go on buttering the management to keep their position safe.
