The Central Industrial security Force is an organization which not only given bread and butter to 150000 families but also the security of almost half of our country population was provided by us. Airport, shipyard, metro, Govt buildings, high way each and every thing is covered by our security cover. I love this organization.

CISF is a para military force of the union and I have served in CISF as Ministerial cadre up to the age of 60 years and retired recently on superannuation. Working culture in CISF is good.

Dislikes

Carrier growth in Ministerial cadre is very limited. There is no difference between cow and donkey. The person work hard with honestly always suffer with overload and superviosery officer never applicate.

Being Ministerial staff I worked as Head Clerk and Account during the entire tenure of job.

One of the disciplined Force(CAPF). Training given right from legal jurisprudence to field tactical course. Work environment is different from one sector to other. No scope for politics. Huge avenue for learning, carrier development, innovative and to make balance in life stile
