Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is no hierarchy between employee and managers. Everyone is open for taking and giving feedback to improve ourselves.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to learn everything which helped me to understand different roles within the same team.
