1. No work life balance. 12-14hrs a day. 2. Untimely payment of extra/night shift allowances. Pay once in 6 months. 3. 2 week offs and 2 CL every months,but one has to beg 1000 times for weeks offs and run marathon behind TL's for a single leave. 4. No proper training. Colleagues are not supportive. Only highly experienced candidates should join,if they hold good knowledge in their previous companies. 5.
