Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. Working culture is bad . When small worker worked good then their all credit teken by officer level person, and when some complaint come in any material or product from market then they don't take that credit they said who packed this only that person responsible for that but they want only cream.

Manpower is good Supervisor or incharge is rude and not well behaviour also there is lack of good supervisor and Harish Latwal Rm of Cccpl SN Depot Delhi is not quit good they not provide tools dress safety shoes safety gloves.

There is Lack of Supervision here is hurryuply work done by the incharges from labours the buses gone out and come breakdown immediately. They make only number in front of upper Staff.
