Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Here, I worked as a project officer. I was handing over two projects with 21 team member working under me. Believe me, the job security is very bad over here. I am mean the trust system and senior level authorities are horrible. There are some most old employee who always do byeus with newly join employee. Over all my experience is 3 out of 10. After founder respected Sara maam gets sick the whole organization was changed. Trustee's are not supportive. No carrier growth. No increment growth. No job security. I was worked here two times. In 2015 I was working on field as community organizer. At that time the founder was there who keep support to each and every employee and do motivate to all in any situation. But, unfortunately she is fighting against cancer and the replace post authorities taking disadvantage of founder....Read More
