Here, I worked as a project officer. I was handing over two projects with 21 team member working under me. Believe me, the job security is very bad over here. I am mean the trust system and senior level authorities are horrible. There are some most old employee who always do byeus with newly join employee. Over all my experience is 3 out of 10. After founder respected Sara maam gets sick the whole organization was changed. Trustee's are not supportive. No carrier growth. No increment growth. No job security. I was worked here two times. In 2015 I was working on field as community organizer. At that time the founder was there who keep support to each and every employee and do motivate to all in any situation.
