Good Job security, good incentive for Freshers

Dislikes

Terrible work culture and an environment of Toxic Competition. Weak and Deceptive Leadership who promote this toxic Competition but do not give any idea how to improve and progress in one's career in the company. Generally, no skill growth or learning that can be professionally implemented elsewhere. No later incentives for experienced Illustrators especially who are employed through an Agency.

Probably one of the most problematic leadership and supervisors I've seen in all of my professional career

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I just quit my job at TCS. Now, I'm trying to figure out my next move. I've got a 15 LPA offer on the table, but I'm wondering if I can do better. I'm a Java Developer with 3 years of experience.
