In your organization, politics is more important than work, This leads to extortion of those working on the ground fioor. It should be fixed somewhere.

there is no growth in salary there is no life for work for lifetime in that company to much cuttings in salary so in hand salary too less

i work on hydrogen plant for 8 months and learn all about there unit operation and there process,now work on Fine chemical Unit .
