I was associated with them for over 4 years, resigned as I was moving to Bangalore after my marriage, I must admit that in over 8-9 years of my over all experience with 4 different companies, Catalyser was by far the best when it comes to IIT JEE coaching institute. Transport Policy, easy joining, salary time par aa jati hai bus sunday ya bank holiday nahi hona chahiye, Agar hum late aate hai to OD daalna compulsory hai. Leave bhi le sakte hai sunday k alawa. Sir ka nature helpful hai but vo busy rahte hain. Uniform issue ho jati hai. Adobe k software ka experience hai mujhey.

Good company, salary on time, break on time, good leave policy , 4 days of paid leave on Diwali also given Sunday week off day shift, kabhi kaam ho to rukna padta hai till 8 PM.
