Only suggestion do not join this company to ruin your career and mental peace. MD, sales & marketing head, online head, marketing head, category heads... all are knowledge less and illogical. Favorism and politics is key to impress japanese management, they themselves have no knowledge about india and Casio brand itself... is in it funny.. Think what will you gain in this leadership.

I had worst experience since I joined Casio in terms of work culture and politics. The work assigned to me was not related to the roles and responsibilities mentioned in my JD. Hell lot of politics and there is no safety for women even if you complain to HR they don’t take any action.
