Cartesian has an amazing work culture, everyone here is approachable from VP to MD. During the crisis of COVID-19, cartesian was in a miserable condition as it's 80-85% of the clients belong to the retail sector. We had a 35% pay cuts and delayed appraisals. During cartesian's heyday, it never shared the financial boom with its employees but during this time of crisis cartesian wants to share its financial burden with its employees (How ridiculous it sounds?) Cartesian has one of the worst work-life balance culture. You'd be working for 11-12 hours a day on an average and if situations get worse this can go up to 14-15 hours a day with a bare minimum salary in hand. You won't learn any new technical skills here and they won't compensate you for doing amazing online courses (Thanks to their Vedas).
