In this difficult time company has taken a very good care of the crew form the day covid-19has started till we reached to our loved ones I would like to show my gratitude to all the officials who worked tirelessly for our safety and health, thank you all.i like about carnival is there transperancy in the aspects and as a employer what they want form us (crew)

Dislikes

I dislikes couple of issues but as time passed by those prospects were well understood that they were for the betterment of the crew.

Work life is good ,no hassle, management is good , they are very transperent about the work ethics.

They only supported as they willing to help us when the whole world is lockdown our ships company give us stay for safety and they paid (with deductions)us till the time they didn’t sent us home , and they fulfill their responsibility to sent us home I think many people doesn’t expect what we get in this Covid-19 situation.

Contracts should be smaller and payroll is low

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
