I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Uncountable- 1. If working in Alwar be ready to give free 12 hours extra duty every month for 20 days. Free because no benefits. If you dont value your time join Alwar unit. 2.
