Yes, good support me lockdown time & various Thankfull for company zeiss..But Some people Making a game like politics. i ddnt like that people but company is very Best in my Northeast. But i resign my job because irritating very much senior.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
