Work profile as a content developer is quite good. You will be able to learn a lot of things If you are new in this field.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Work environment and culture is zero. Although the higher management is good, the mid level is worst. They follow leg pulling attitude which is not good for a viable environment.

It offers flexibility to employees, allows employees to take emergency leaves when required and do not deduct the salary for leaves but gives them option to work on Saturdays in lieu of those LOP or LWPs.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
