Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive.But long working hours are frustrating because it's unmatched with the pay support.

Long working hours with unmatched pay support, poor standard of students in PCMB.

The job is highly interesting but it requires a higher standard of students and pay support. Management and teammates are very good and encouraging. Exceptions are everywhere.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
