I liked the culture when i joined till least year. But everything changes with a senior if your managment is good, everything goes well you have chances to talk about issues and improvment but if managemnt is bad than nothing can happen. Thats what hapening in the organization right now. Overall the company is good to work and start your career at agent lavel.

Management, and hierarchy, they don't worry about the employees, immature management, could not bear small loss, they just shut down the franchise and sent every employee home. MD is a begger who doesn't even give travel allowance
