Likes

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

It was awesome. I struggles a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. But i learnt everything on the job. I promoted my position as a Team leader.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
