Only incentive is satisfactory the overall work culture is based on the relevant

Dislikes

Reletive work culture is toxic it means that if you're relative is on higher position you should be promoted. Work with high work pressure to archive targets. All the manager of recovery department is toxic. They can't know the value of education poor quality of AM. they don't know how to talk colleagues.
