There is no growth in this company, you work with them for 10 years they never promote you, and give you a salary increment of Rs 800/- per year, and all time company gives you excuse of company is in a loss every year. last four years company not giving any increment for any employee.

Pretty employee affable policies - Menstrual leaves for women, Easy WFH and Hybrid policy if required, Long leaves (based on work manager).

Very volatile work environment. Job description changes every few months.Top management changes hands very frequently. Many incapable inexperienced people in mod manegement. Some units and roles have less job security as well.
