I had joined this company with high hopes, my experience has left me feeling more sad than happy. I urge you not to treat people in this manner, as they come with aspirations, only to face disappointment.

The Organization person lie during the interview to get the job done, then forget what they said, they make a commitment that the salary will increase in 3 months or it will become permanent, but not.. One of the worst organization in odisha, no any one please join this organization.

First of all, there is nothing to be called a company. Its a 2nd generation bearing distributor. Nothing to be like about, salary is credited in mid month, big chunk of salary is deducted as to repay your own money as bonus, no appraisal for years, no salary slip is given, people leaving every month, forcefully high rating given on google, kindly try to reach to real people worked.

Good work environment and culture. The management is transparent. Company policies are not good, salary hike bonus was not so much satisfaction. No work life balance. So overall experience is average.

There is no job training given to new joining employees. There was bond policies. No salary satisfaction.

This canopus engineering services is not Tobe able to called a company, its a dark hole. Suppose to be if I like to say that its a shop where the employee are treated as a sales man not more than that. The business head of this company is a very rude person who's motto is catch the B-tech graduate from market those who are hopefullyjobless, and let them dump after few months, may be by frustrating or torturing, They never pay salaries and travelling expenses on time, if any employee raise voice on it then they throw the employee out without pay a single rupee to him. They take the employee graduation certificate at the time of joining, in the form make excuses it's for verification, but they never returned back to the employee until the employee not resigned from his or her job, also after resignation they demand money for returning the certificates It's my personal experience Don't join canopus, you are jobless its ok....Read More
