There is lack of a lot of things such as transparency, management and communication. The work is not allotted regularly which is problematic. Then they provide the work done by someone else to correct it in short time frame. Then they judge you on the basis of this. Very poor management as they brought up rating system without having told about it. Based on irregular work and lack of fresh work, they made me fall short of few points even when just 2 months had elapsed.
