There is no work life balance and the management thinks of us as dispensable. So there are no proper portal for application of leaves. It is entirely upto the manager's desire. Also there are no extra pay for working on weekends and almost every week we have to work on Saturdays for 1 to 2 hours. Dislikes

The management is not at all considerate towards the Employees and consider them to be expendable. The workload is tremendous and almost takes 10 hours everyday to complete. The managers are also very demanding and rrgularly call you after shifts to get work done.

Work Details

Not at all good as there is tremendous pressure everyday and evry report is time bound so it takes tremendous toll on us to deliver everytime every day.
