Training was so good. Good company for fresh people and is good up to 2 to years. Team environment was good.

Dislikes

Nothing is learning new when you're more experienced.. Opportunities are not given equally. There is no chance to sudden growth in your career. You got over work load even if the job is less. Daily working hour is higher than they said. No additional benefits if you're expended your working time during the same day.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
