Payscale is low & there is no yearly increment process as such. Even after generating enough revenue for the company, the employees can not expect a 100% salary.

The Brand Head is terrible..uses slang and abusive languages, Having no ideas about the market and how it behaves, he misbehaves all.. He does not have any solution rather scolds if you go to him in hope for solution to your problem.
