The HR. and Administrative staff is okay

Dislikes

Company Biases between North Indian and South Indian staff. Company withelds North Indian staff's promotions and incentives for many many years. only South Indians are given Head positions. the North Indians are forced to leave before that.

Full of internal politics and bureaucracy. Women are judged with every action. North Indians are treated with ill bias.

Very bad pay Lot of pressure by management You need to pay them 35000 to get hired for software they teach you No free time will be given to faculty by the sales executives No growth No increment Speak continuously for 9-10 hrs if you want to waste time join this place Toxic environment

Working with CADD centre is really amazing experience especially in learning new core relevant to BIM architecture and presentation skills framework in each work schedule I'm loved to work on the same.
