Only one thing-Salary payment is timely

Every worst situation one can think he would experience it here. The management, HR and their policies are the worst in the industry. They are inhumane. Even the salary is below the industry standards. They think that their HR practices and policies are the best in the industry, but it is the worst. They never consider their employees’ opinion. No lateral transfers allowed. They say their is huge growth, but the growth is negligible. The management and HRs are least bothered for the employees. And they are very rude. Worst company ever to work for. Don’t go for this organization if you have any other offer in your hand....Read More

1.Growth nd onsite opportunity 2.minimum 12 percent hikes 3.Covid times supported employees by giving at least 15 percent hikes 4. Company growth is very good and most clients are from South east Asia 5.Team mates are supportive for most of the projects.

Product based company so similar kind of work. Since Insurance based clients so have to support on month ends which sometimes is hectic

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
